Refund policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To begin the process, please contact us by email with your name, delivery address, and invoice number and we will issue a returns authorisation.

All items must be returned in their original unused condition with all original packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on goods that have been installed or used.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full at our discretion - please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns requested outside of the 10-day window may be subject to a restocking fee. Please get in touch with our team for further information.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
